Goal: small team, simple rhythm, consistent turnout.
Roles (lightweight)
- Captain: keeps the rhythm, runs the 15-min weekly check-in
- List keeper: tracks who needs what (rides, reminders, questions)
- Driver: rides / logistics
- Texter: sends reminders and scripts
- Backup: covers when life happens
Weekly rhythm (15 minutes)
- What election/date are we targeting?
- Who are our 25–50 voters (friends/family/neighbors)?
- Who needs a plan this week?
- Who needs help removing friction?
- Assign 3–5 touches. Done.
The rule
Small and consistent beats big and frantic.
What success looks like
A bunch of people vote who otherwise might not have. No one feels lectured.
